My sis had just send me some of my cutie niece photos. Really make me wana fly over to kiss and pinch her face! haa... Tong tong, er yi hopes that you will adapt to the new environment soon and be well taken care of at the infant care there... Muacks!!!

2nd round of vaccines

At his exact 3rd months, Ziqian had his 2nd round of vaccines injections: 6-in-1, pneumococcal and rotavirus. He was 7.01kg in weight and 65cm in length. Doc commented his weight was in 75 percentile and length was in 85 percentile, not overweight just BIG baby :)

Ziqian was grouchy and bad mood today, so i foresee the injections will be a very hard time for him... True enough, he yelled so loudly for both the injections. When doc wana do the 2nd injection (pneumococcal) on his other thigh, he kicked so vigorously, doc said he was a clever boy as he knew the history gonna repeat again. And after a few minutes of the rotavirus oral jab was done, Ziqian spit out quite alot of milk and we believed the vaccine was out togther wi the milk as well.. So, after discussion wi doc, we have another rotavirus vaccine done...

So heartpain that Ziqian had to go thru all these... Mummy sayang sayang..

The purpose of this shopping trip was to shop for my CNY clothings, but but but... we ended up at Kiddy Palace and bought baby stuff again... :p

Multi-tasks

At such a young age, he understand the importance of multi-tasking (licking his fingers while massaging his head)... Haa! :)

Ziqian starts to grasp and pull things that interest him.

He pulled my camera stripe while i took photo of him, i believe he wana learn to be the cameraman rather being photographed always... haa!

Then, he grasped the hanky and threw it away!

Think his next target will be either his or my hair. Guess it will be mine, coz his still short :p

Superman

Today i lost my tempered wi ziqian, coz he kept fussing around when i fed him and i was very tired of all these so i just put him down on bed and let him cried... and i also was also weeping and feeling angry and guilty at the other corner...

Luckily Dear back home from work and came to rescue, he always so patient and caring towards ziqian... He handles him with extreme patient, plays with him, cleans his poo poo, coaxs him to sleep everynight, wake up for baby's midnight feed everynight... He initiates and volunteers to do all these without grumbles and complains... Sometimes i really salute his patience towards ziqian... I love to see them "communicate" with all the "a..e..i..o..u.." ziqian seems to enjoy talking to his papa also coz he will always follow and mimid his papa's laughs... it's so heart-warming to see them entertaining each other :)

Being a fulltime mummy at the moment, i don't think i do my job well. Always impatient and too idealistic on ziqian's feedings and behaviours... Something that happen not according to schedule will make me angry and paranoid... Dear is always there to comfort and assure me, baby is not robot, let him decide what he wants and we shall follow his cues... I did some self reflections after which, true enough, i realised i have been a very stubborn person, and everyone around me just give in and accommodate me... Now, i have to change this bad habit of mine coz ziqian has become my little boss... This change is for good, so i will be someone with more patience and ziqian shall learn this good trait from me and will not grow up to be another 秦始王。

Thanks Dear... You are the greatest dad and husband... You are my Superman...

Happy New Year my sweetest darling! you are sleeping so soundly now and mama just loves to sneak by your side and smell your lovely scent... :)

Ok, my new resolutions for the year:

1) Being a good mum is definately not easy, it's a life-long learning journey and i shall put in my best to be a better mum, shower baby with all my love, and wish that he is healthy and happy everyday... :)

2) To shed off all the fat and return to my pre-preggie figure. Though it's difficult but i will work hard towards it!

Suddenly think of a new resolution to add on:

3) To get my driving licence this year! Now then i realise the importance of it after having baby... So when Dear babysit Ziqian at home, i can drive and shop! hee...
