In his play-yard

Ziqian is getting more action-packed nowadays. And im totally exhausted after a whole day of taking care of him. Coffee has no more effect on me anymore.

Actually is it because of the caffeine that i took passed to him through my breastmilk, which explain his shorter nap? And due to his longer waking hours i have to take more coffee to stay awake to take care of him... Oh dear, it's a vicious cycle!

Hmm.. wonder who should i call...

Mama, shall we disturb papa at work?

Tadsphoto

Ziqian had this photoshoot when he was about 6 months old. Came across Shirley's website and saw Ziqian's portfolio! He has become "little model"!

Chicken & Mixed Vege ABC Pasta!

Tried something new for Ziqian for tonight's dinner! :)

To please this litte fussy eater and to let him try on different variety & texture of food, i decide to cook a pasta meal for him...

Ingredients:

- ABC pasta

- minced chicken

- shredded carrots, celery & "dou miao"

- home-made vegetable stock

- few drops of olive oil

It's easy to prepare this simple meal! But one point for improvement, i should have shredded the carrot to smaller pieces as it's abit too hard for bogay Ziqian to chew on :p

Messy boy! Look at his left arm, there's an "A" pasta there... He knows "A" stands for Anderson! haa!

- his little achievement: he said "mama" when i put him tummy on my tummy :p , though i think he doesn't mean it, but im still very happy :)

Father's Day

Though it's Father's Day today but Dear wanted to celebrate my birthday instead (which is tomorrow). He asked me whether i got any craving and i suddenly crave for Swenson baked rice & ice cream so here we go! :)

To our dismay, the queue was too long and we decided to give it a miss and decided to dine at Pasta Mania instead. Dear was thoughtful to offer to feed Ziqian his porridge dinner so i can have my dinner peacefully :p

ZQ: Papa, can i have your garlic bread? Looks tastier than the porridge mama cooked for me...

*P/S: The pink hush puppies shirt is the Father's Day present i got for Dear... The reason for getting him a pink colour one it's because he is just like the pink colour, a super sweet dad! :)

* Thanks for all the midnight waking up and feedings eversince baby is borned

Thanks for every little things you do... You have been the greatest support to me, without you, i cant be a good mother... I am always touched by the way you take care of Ziqian, so tender and loving... Though i always disapprove all the rough ways you play with Ziqian, but i can tell that he is enjoying it and this is the lovely bonding of you both. Ziqian and me are fortunate to have you. You are the GREATEST papa! :)
