Whose hands on my lappy?!

AN AN !

An An is always get his hands on my gadgets, be it lappy, mobile phone, home telephone, remote controls. He loves to dial and be connected with my frens using my handphone. He just dialled a call to papa few days ago and "ee ee ah ah" on the phone while papa was listening amusingly on the other end. And i only realised this when Ben back home from work and told me about this!

And he only loves to play the REAL stuffs. I bought his a toy phone and he not interested at all. Zq's VTech lappy can only keep him entertained for less than 3 minutes. But once he got hold of my lappy and phones, he can press and scrutinize every parts of it for long. Aiyo!

Summer = Short

Zq's new hairstyle!!!

Okay, summer is here. With an oven-like temperature hovering around 38 degree celsius, i decided to let Zq have a new hairstyle, a really short one. So bye bye to his mushroom-head!

We didn't have time to research on the kid's saloon and since there's only one we knew of so we brought him there. It's like a playground rather than a saloon, with many toys around and kids can choose the motorcar that they want to be seated to have their hair cut. There's a TV showing cartoons for every customer also, some thing very similar to Junior League in Singapore. But the cost is pricey! 120 yuan for a kid's haircut, i wanted to walk out when i was told about the cost but Ben stopped me, he said it may worth the money since Zq seems to be fascinated with the motorcars there, and according to Zq's past hair-cutting experience, there were always screaming, crying, struggling, and we shuddered at thoughts of that. So, despite my reluctancy to part with that 120 yuan, we still proceed to let Zq to choose his favourite motorcar for his hair-cut.

The school term ends officially and summer camp is awaiting! Most of his classmates will be promoted to Primary Level in coming Sep. Zq has a few good buddies in class and we invite them to our place for a gathering.

Zq and ayi preparing Jiao Zi for our guests. I give 2 thumbs-up for the Jiao Zi my ayi made, it's simply delicious! Slurps!

We invited 3 classmates of Zq - Amity, Jewel & Kevin. There were 6 adults and 6 kids in total. And it's really multinational.. Let me count, we have:

Singapore - Zq, Yan An & Ben

Malaysia - Myself

British - Amity, Halo & their papa

Chinese - Erika & Gan Bo

Taiwanese - Jade

American - Jewel

German - Kevin

12 ppl and 7 nationalities! :)

I prepared some foods for our guests, including pineapple fried rice, ondeh ondeh, curry chicken, banana cake etc.. Such a pity i forgot to take down pictures of the food i prepared, and pictures of my guests! But well, i took some pictures of the young ones.

Today marks the last day of school for Zq and the summer holiday is coming! He will be promoted to Primary Level when a new term starts this September.

Zq gonna shows his appreciation and gratitude towards his beloved teachers with sunny sunflower, thanks for their tender loving care over the past year, it has been a great year for all of us and i love his teachers so much as well... They are very attentive and observant, always sharing with me their observations of Zq and his virtues behaviours in class. Zq is lucky to have them. All the best to you teachers! :)

Boys fighting for car

It's become a daily routine for the boys - fighting. From fighting of books, toys, cups, utensils, sometimes clothings and most of the time MUMMY. The fightings never end and sometimes it really annoyed me so much that i would just confiscate whatever they were fighting for so both will get to know this is the consequences of not sharing and taking turn.

And this noon, is the fighting for the motorised car, and it's a situation that difficult for me to judge who is the ultimate winner. Haa!

Hey gor gor, don't you aim at my car. I got in first ok!

I am fierce and i roar like a lion! WOA!

Zq was so sad and angry...

But this smart boy got hold of the remote control of the motor-car, so he happily "controlling" & "playing" didi around.. Haa!

I don't have to sit in the car but i can play too! :p

Zq: Hey An An, we are good bros and i love you so much though we always fight for toys.. Come on! Say cheese and take a pic with me! :)

An: Gor gor, it's so cramped inside here! It's a one-seater, i am not allowed to carry a pillion!
