冬至

Today is 冬至, one of my favourite festive of the year. As it is a meaningful festive, a time for the family to get together, making and eating of 湯圓together.

Though this is the 2nd time we celebrated this festive as a family, but this time round is much more fun as Zq joins in the action of tangyuan making!

here are the glutinous paste i get from market in the morning

this is the end product of all our effort, a total of 55 tangyuan! (45 big + 10 small)

Boiling tangyuan

Soak in cold water after boiling so they will be QQ

The end product! Big and round tangyuan in sweet & nice stock :)

We enjoyed ourself so much despate all the messing, throwing, pinching and dirtying the place :p

Next year, our xiao baobei will be joining us in this and im so looking forward to it! May all of us always "yuan yuan man man".... :)
