He loves to make this expression recently when he wanted to show his unhappiness. I would think it's a fake cry as he can turn into his smiley face immediately when his concerns are addressed or when mama had given in to all his fussiness.
But i love these expressions of him. So cute that i would purposely "aggrevate" him sometimes :)
