Adventurous chef

As much as i love to try out new recipe for Dear and my dinner, it's now time for me to try out these interesting yet very healthy meals for Ziqian and i'm all geared up! :)

I had prepared these 3 new meals for him in the past 3 days:

1) Chicken avocado delight
Ingredients:
- minced chicken breast
- avocado
- shredded apple
- mild grated cheddar cheese
- baby yoplait yogurt

I served this with a potato and Ziqian finished everything! Haa... 很有成就感!

2) Vege lentil delight
Ingredients:
- lentil
- shredded carrot
- corns
- green peas

He finished 3/4 bowl of it! Personally i prefer this most coz it taste real sweet and eith nice
corn fragrance :)

3) Chicken chowder
Ingredients:
- minced chicken breast
- diced carrots
- diced potato
- very little milk to adjust the smoothness & consistency

I served this with oatmeal (one of his favourite too). He finished both the oatmeal and chowder!

It really boost my confidence! Shall try out more new recipe, i'm thinking citrus baked fish and minced beef pasta...
