My 1st trial on this! :)
Been craving this for so so so so long... And very fascinated to spot the "kuay teow" this morning in the wet market, so i decided to give it a try!
The end product didn't taste that great, some area for improvements:
1) The kuay teow rather sticky and gluey together, not sure the reason causing this. Anyone can enlighten me on this?
2) The taste and fragrance will be better if lard was used.. Though abit sinful, but i think that's the essence of real char kuay teow! heee :p
I think i slowly turning this blog into a FOOD blog rather than mummy & babies blog.. oops!
